Who we (aspirational, not royal) are

X89 Labs is a small software studio, like table-for-one small, focused on creating apps that serve real purpose without the usual digital baggage. No tracking, no data collection, no subscriptions, ever.

What we're building

We make focused apps for everyday challenges: SplitBrain helps with focus and sleep through binaural beats. In development: Loosen Up for stretching routines, Phaseline for beating jet lag, and Dead Man's Switch for digital legacy planning. Each one started because we needed it ourselves.

How we work

Every X89 Labs app works offline, collects zero data, and does exactly what it promises. We're not trying to build the next big platform or chase venture funding - hell, I'd be happy to just make the $99 Apple Developer fee back. We're solving specific problems with tools that respect your time and privacy.

Background

Founded by a retired Naval officer with experience in operations, including management of command security and confidential material handling, our (wicked) small team focuses on development, design, and user experience. That background taught us the value of reliable tools that work when you need them - no exceptions.
